It is suitable for infants, with a cot provided, but not for children under the age of ten due to steep internal staircase. initial access to the property is through the front door which is at the top of the external stone staircase. Here, you enter directly into the: open plan kitchen area which is well equipped with a fridge, cooker and dishwasher. You will also find all the items you may need for your in-house catering which, with the wonderful fresh produce available from the local markets, is one of the delights of so many of the visitors to this area. the large lounge area is comfortably furnished with a tv for use with the video player, and provides a delightful relaxing area. There is a cd player, books, videos and some family games. an internal staircase leads down to the bedroom area where there is: bedroom 1, a double bedroom. bedroom 2, a small room with a single bed. bathroom with toilet, bath and a cupboard which houses the washing machine. the private swimming pool (8m x 4m ), with shaded sun terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the aveyron cliffs and valley. It is ideal for enjoying a drink or a good book and watching the butterflies as they circle the adjoining meadowland, also belonging to the property. pool toys, boules, garden and pool furniture are all provided, and a caretaker is close by for any assistance required.
